Free shipping, everywhere

Every physical order ships free, to every country we serve. There is no minimum, no threshold to reach and no shipping option to choose — the price you see is the price you pay.

Digital components

Delivered by email within a few minutes of checkout, anywhere in the world. Nothing ships, nothing clears customs, and you can start the same evening. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder and then email us and we will resend manually.

If you only want the digital documents, the Digital Toolkit is the whole set without the paperback — instant, worldwide, and unaffected by anything on this page. Every product and bundle we sell is listed on the shop everything page.

The paperback — United States

Free. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days from the day you order, which is roughly two calendar weeks. That figure includes the time it takes us to place and pack the order, not just transit.

US import duties and tariffs — we absorb them

You will not be asked to pay US import duties, tariffs or customs brokerage on your order. They are already included in the price shown on the product page, and we carry that cost. Nothing further is due when the parcel is delivered, and no separate customs invoice will follow it.

This holds for the order you place at the price you were shown. If tariff rates change, that is our cost to manage — we do not go back to a customer for a difference after the fact.

The paperback — everywhere else

Also free. Delivery typically takes 10 to 21 working days. We ship worldwide.

Duties and taxes outside the United States are set by your own country and are not included. Where they apply, the carrier will contact you and they are the recipient's responsibility. This varies a lot by country, so if you are ordering from outside the US and want to know what to expect, email us before you buy and we will tell you what we know.

We would rather over-estimate

The timings above are deliberately conservative. We would rather tell you two weeks and deliver in nine days than promise three days and disappoint you. If your order is time-sensitive — a gift with a date on it — email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before the order is packed. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, we cannot recover it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 working days beyond the estimate above, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it at no cost to you.
