Returns & Refunds

30 days, on the physical book. If the paperback isn't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for it. It does not need to be in unread condition — you are allowed to have actually read it.

How to start a return

Email hewskeep@gmail.com with your order number and one line about why. We'll reply within one business day with a return address. Return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the book arriving back with us. Your bank may take a further 3–10 days to show it.

Digital components

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been used, because they cannot be returned. If you refund the book from a bundle, you keep the digital components — we would rather you had them than argue about a file.

Damaged or wrong items

Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage, with no return required.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the book ships. Once tracking is issued, treat it as a return.

Duties and tariffs

US import duties and tariffs are included in the price you pay and absorbed by us, so a refund of the item price is a refund of everything you paid. Outside the US, any local duties charged to you by your own country are set and collected by that country and are not ours to refund.
