What we collect
When you buy from us we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if you give one, and the details of what you ordered. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us. We also collect standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you viewed — through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
To take payment, ship your order, send order and delivery updates, deliver digital downloads, answer your emails, prevent fraud, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and — where you have opted in — to send marketing email.
Advertising and analytics
We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools and website analytics. These use cookies and may share limited data such as a hashed version of your email address with Meta so that our ads can be measured and shown to relevant people. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Meta ad settings, and you can control cookies through your browser or our cookie banner.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, our fulfilment and shipping partners, our email provider, our analytics and advertising providers, and Shopify, which hosts this store. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Email hewskeep@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
